Harry’s Dabinett is a single variety apple that is fermented and then back sweetened with juice. Big fruity aroma and flavours very silky on the palate with a soft tannic finish.

Saxby’s Original Cider uses a blend of bittersweet and dessert apples for a perfect balance of tannins and acidity.

First there is crisp apple which is followed by sweet rosy red skin apples. There is a touch of tannins which is then taken over by the sweetness before easing back into the dry dessert apple.

Because of its delicious flavour, farmer George Breakwell propagated the seedling and it was later planted in many Herefordshire orchards, including Dunkertons own.
