Some ‘medium’ ciders, not this one, are so full of sugar that your teeth just want to crawl out of your mouth. Look at our ingredients, we just let the natural flavour of our fermented cider apples speak for themselves.

A very drinkable West Country cider, with noticeable tannic notes, this cider is made mostly with Yarlington Mill and Dabinett apples, with Brown’s, Sweet Alford and Bulmer’s Norman playing a supporting role.

Shaky Bridge is a premium bittersweet blend. It delivers complexity with a dry palate and plenty of ripe apple tannin. Rich cider character in a contemporary style.

A medium dry full bodied apple cider.

A fragrant and fruity sparkling medium dry cider made exclusively from the Breakwells seedling apple. This apple was first discovered over a century ago at Perthyre Farm, Monmouth. Because of its delicious flavour, farmer George Breakwell propagated the seedling and it was later planted in many Herefordshire orchards, including Dunkertons own.

"This Cider is dedicated to my father Gilbert Wale who was a legend in his own lifetime. Gilbert was born in August 1926 and died in October 2020 at the age of ninety four. This Proper Cider is lovingly crafted in West Berkshire from a blend of dedicated Cider apples grown in unsprayed orchards which are picked and gathered by hand.
