“A raspberry cider – not sweet for sure. The name for this came from being asked ‘Got Anything Fruity?’ at events…. resisting the temptation to point out cider apples are a fruit here’s our version of a fruity cider. Raspberry juice (not concentrate) has been fermented with a brettanomyces yeast and then blended with our brettanomyces cider (as used in Killer Sharp). Mouth puckeringly fruity!!”
